The room was absolutely mind-blowing, it had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable. The small Co-Op nearby was convenient for buying food and there were also some GREAT pubs around. Zak, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome and it was a bonus to have access to the kitchen, living room, and garden. The fast Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and flat-screen TV were all added perks. Plus, it was awesome that pets were allowed. this place was jaw-droppingly amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Stunning City Views: My stay at this guest house was made even better by the fantastic city views from my room. Waking up to the sight of Birmingham's skyline was like a breathtaking picture come to life. It truly added a touch of magic to my stay.
Soft Mattress: The mattress on the double bed was quite soft, which may not suit everyone's preference.

We stayed at Guest House Rooms for a weekend getaway. Zak, our host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The king room with en-suite was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The house itself was well-maintained and clean, and we had access to the kitchen, living room, and garden. The location was quiet, and the off-road parking was convenient. a fantastic stay!
Totally recommend this hotel.

Zak, the host, was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease throughout our stay. The en-suite room we had was nicely decorated and had plenty of storage space.- The house had off-road parking options available at a reasonable price.
The bed was extremely soft, causing discomfort and a lack of sleep for both me and my partner. The thin pillow provided made it even more difficult to get comfortable, resulting in sore necks.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were filled with lovely knick-knacks and fussy bits that added a special touch to the place. It felt like I was staying in a warm and inviting home. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's general areas to be easily accessible, allowing me to move around comfortably and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
I would have preferred if the hotel had more options for activities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice if the children working there had provided some leisurely activities or organized outings for older guests like myself.

Stayed in a posh house with free WiFi and a fancy TV. Even had a shared lounge and a garden where I could pretend to be a proper lady.
Who needs helpful staff or comfy beds anyway? Not me, apparently.

The provided amenities, such as towels and toiletries, are plentiful and the rooms are well-decorated. the well-equipped kitchen and the availability of parking add to the convenience of the stay.
The wifi signal in certain areas of the house could be stronger for better connectivity.

This guest house exceeded our expectations! The self-catering option with a well-equipped kitchen, including fridge and freezer space, was perfect for our needs. The location was incredibly quiet, with easy parking on the drive or on the road in the cul-de-sac. Zak, the friendly owner, went above and beyond by even washing our dishes. The thorough printed guide provided made using the equipment a breeze. The walk to Bourneville station took only 20 minutes, and the frequent trains to New St were very convenient. The ensuite in the double room was a great bonus, making our stay even more comfortable.
Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever!
